"At the start of the Covid lockdown, I felt the need to start training as I was become less active being home all the time. I wanted to learn how to exercise without getting injured. I hesitated to start personal training (PT) online, because it was the first time doing something like this. I was also a university student with little time to spare.
The service exceeded expectations, because I just wanted PT – but when I tried yoga, I loved it! It was fun training with you, Leila. You help me listen to my body and understand each movement.
